Senior Policy Analyst
John Kraman joined Achieve' s staff in March 2004 as a policy analyst. Before joining the American Diploma Project, John was director of research at the Center for Education Reform in Washington, D.C. Prior to his work in education reform, he conducted research and supervised litigation support projects for the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Originally from the D.C. area, John received a bachelor' s degree in history and political science from James Madison University, has done graduate work at the history of science department at Harvard University and holds a master's degree in comparative European history from Brandeis University.
He lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
